Looks like you recently upgraded this device, so we can’t unlock it yet
I have been trying to unlock an iPhone 7 on AT&T unlock portal. However every time I submit a request I get "Looks like you recently upgraded this device, so we can’t unlock it yet. Try a new request in 14 days. Wait 30 days if this is a business account.".
I have waited over a month now and still get the same error message from portal. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks

Unlocking your device is definitely important and can provide many uses. I am sorry to hear you're having trouble with it. I would be happy to review this device and see what's going on!
In order for me to take a look into this unlock request, can you send me a private message to @ATTCares? Please include your full name, the mobile phone number the device was purchased on, the request number you received from the Unlock Portal, and the phones IMEI#?
