Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI - Unlock request unable to proceed.

Hi everyone.
I am trying to unlock my iPhone 6s, which is locked to AT&T and its out of contract now and paid off.
Now when i try to give a unlock request, i get a message "Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI"

I Haven't given any request for unlock nor do i have any unlock request  code.

It shows this message for the past 2weeks now.

Kindly let me know how to reprocess the IMEI again for unlock.

To get started:

  • Was this iPhone 6S originally bought from an AT&T retail or vender?
  • Did you ever receive any type of email stating anything about an unlock process being attempted? Please check your spam and junk files as well.

An iPhone also wouldn't need an unlock code. Check out our Apple unlock instructions on pages two and three.

Thank you for replying back on the earliest.

Yes the device was bought from a AT&T retail store. 
We did not try for any unlock recently. 
Last week when i  tried to unlock it through AT&T i got that message.

Is it possible to clear unlock process? so that i can submit a new request.
