Locked phone lost or stolen
I buy a phone from a AT&T customer who had previously contacted AT&T to have the phone unlocked. She was told that the phone would be unlocked within 48 hours and wants the 48 hours past the phone had not been unlocked. She then contacted them again and was towed toy in additional five days and to go to the website to unlock the phone in. That would work. I then purchase the phone fully from her Where she didn’t inform me of the situation regarding the phone being unlocked until wait five days where did the five days the phone was still not unlocked I think contacted AT&T and they told me to go to the website I went to the website to unlock the phone and it showed up reported lost or stolen. She didn’t contacted AT&T and told him about the issue, and they didn’t told her that the phone was blacklisted, even though she had paid it off for me we’re trying to get this phone unlocked so that it could be used under a different carrier and we’re getting the runaround. This is very disappointing.
