How is the phone “locked”? If the screen is locked (i.e. because you don’t know the passcode), then you need to do a factory reset, which will wipe the phone. If there is an iCloud lock, you’ll have to speak to Apple about that. AT&T has no idea what the Apple ID or password is. The only “unlocking” that AT&T is involved with is carrier unlocking a phone so that it can be used with other carriers.

My Apple ID and password was hacked and I can’t get it back and working again it is been going on for 4 months now and I hate it please fix it thank you eric
