Locked or unlocked? IPhone 6 Plus.
I request unlock for iPhone 6 plus. Request number NUL322898740317. I receive an email with confirmation that the device was unlocked but is not. I unable to activate it with my chip (i´m in Brazil). I call Apple support and the girl inform me that the device isn´t unlock. The at&t inform me that is unlock but the apple inform me that the at&t don´t unlock it. Where is the problem? Thanks, Marco.

It can take 24-48 hours to register in Apple servers. You need to back up erase, restore, or set up from scratch with the new sim to complete the unlock...these instructions would have been in the email.

I request the unlock 2 times because the first time not successed. I waited more than 72 hours from the first request.
