Land line call to Cell Phone gets a busy signal

All my phones are with ATT

My cell phones can call my land line.

My cell phones can call each other

My land line can call one cell.

When the land calls the other cell (iphone 11) it gets a busy signal. This is important that you check my account and see what is wrong. I have a senior that depends on me. This has just started recently. My land line  is a number  I have had many many years. I do not have numbers blocked anywhere that I can tell for my phones. Please help. My cell phones are updated .

You should edit your post (click the three dots in the upper right corner) and delete your personal info unless you like extra spam. This public forum is populated by other customers and not a way to reach official AT&T support.

The whole issue was caused by an ATT app called Active Armor. Active Armor blocked my own number for some unknown reason.

An ATT representative in CHAT( my very last chance to get this matter settled ) gave me a document that had the solution.

I had already spent several days with ATT support in many departments.  ATT sent me everywhere internally trying to figure this out.

I will be honest and tell you I remember a text or email that came by and encouraged one to use this Active Armor app.  That was several months ago. Up until two weeks ago I did not have ANY issues. Now I am aware of the app on my phone.

In all fairness to ATT I did get my issue resolved. It was a blocked number. It was in an Active Armor. I am not an ATT employee, however I did learn a lot. I am thankful for their help even though I was really irritated.
