Just ordered phone for the first time

Hey guys,

I ordered my first phone, an iPhone 11, last night. I paid using my CashApp Cash Card. I got 2 emails, one for tracking my order status and one for confirming my order. On my CashApp it does not show any money withdrawn but I was supposed to pay $48 last night. I also have absolutely no idea how to log into myAt&t account. Please help me if you can.

Since you don’t get have active service you do not yet have an AT&T account to log into. Please wait until your order is complete. By the way this is a customer populated for him not AT&T customer support. You are communicating with other customers who have experienced and know how to navigate the website.

We like to congratulate you on ordering your iPhone 11. And we understand you have concerns in regards to your order and how to sign onto your myAT&T account.

  • Have you tried a different payment method?  

As far as signing onto your myAT&T account, you'll need to have an Create an ID to be able to access your account along with a password.
