Hello!

I entered an unlock request for iPhone 7 with IMEI number, received an email to confirm, I clicked on the confirm link and AT&T page comes up saying "Thanks for confirming!". Then  I get a message saying the unlock request had to be cancelled for not confirming.

This has now happened twice. What do I need to do?
