It able to connect daughters phone to wifi
We moved to TX and have wifi through spectrum. We have tv, my phone and work computer all connected with no issues. My daughters phone will not connect. It also doesn’t not allow me to enable wifi calling. We are frustrated and attempted to google everything to resolve.

I am not sure this is an art issue however when I click to enable wifi calling it states to call att. That it can’t be enabled. All our other phones are enabled with wifi calling just not the one in issue. So that is why I came here. This is outside of not being able to connect to the wifi

Hi there @Selliott10, we want to help get your daughter's phone connected to Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Calling.
@Constructive and our ACE, @skeeterintexas, bring up some great clarifying questions. Please answer both of the following questions, so we can get more context about your issue:
Please share this information with us, so we can look into this further.

Was your daughter’s phone able to connect to Wifi before you moved? Can it connect to Wifi sources outside of your home?

She has an iPhone 12. The last update - I need to check on this. She can connect outside the home. And was able to connect for a bit when we first moved here. Everyone else in the family connects just fine. It is bizarre.

By chance was ignore this Network instead of Join this Network selected? Have you tried to Join other Networks and enter the network name (SSID) and password?

Does her phone "see" the network? (by your wifi name...)
Nearly every single person who complains about not being able to connect their phone or tablet to an existing Wi-Fi network is typing in the wrong network key. Sometimes it takes two people to make sure that capital letters and small letters are entered correctly, along with any numbers
And it's definitely not an AT&T problem, but we always like to pitch in
