Issues with how to access a second hand bought AT&T tied-to iPhone
I bought a used iPhone and then discovered it’s still tied to an AT&T account, however, we don’t have the account there so I can’t access any live agent as it requires me to sign in. What should we do to unlock it? I live in Norway.

Only the original owner can remove it from their account until that happens the phone will remain locked. AT&T won’t share the owners account info with you. Get a refund.
