iPhone XS Max unlock request approved but still locked.

So I bought this iPhone XS Max from AT&T store. They told me I could request unlock and they would approve it. Which I did that and they did approve the request. I went through the process and instructions they gave me to unlock the iPhone and it didn’t work. And now if I try to request another unlock request, it says that the IMEI is not an at&t device.

In order to unlock any mobile device from the AT&T network it is required that the device is active on AT&T's network for at least 60 days on a post-paid account with no past due or unpaid balance or six months of prepaid service.


Make sure that your device meets our other eligibility requirements.
