Why does my new iPhone XR keep crashing and restarting itself randomly

Apple New device carry a warranty from Apple of 1 year after purchase date, and 90 days telephone technical support covering Apple hardware and Software. AT&T doesn’t provide warranty service or repair iPhones. You can try taking it to them, but very likely they will just tell you to contact Apple.

As already mentioned, Apple covers warranty directly. A trip to At&t is wasted as they cannot service your phone.
