iphone X fully paid

i bought an iphone x fully paid then i sent it to the philippines. when i was trying to use another sim card it says that the iphone has not yet been fully paid and i need to settle my account. but as ive said its already fully paid. what am i supposed to do?

It does sound like you’re in the process of unlocking the device!  Any error message can always raise a concern.  We can definitely look into this!


Here are some basic links to help with your unlock request.  You are able to visit this link in order to see details on how the unlock process works and to review its requirements.  Once you are ready to request your unlock code, please visit here.  After submitting the request, you will get a confirmation email of its approval status. Here will be the instructions to unlock it once you get the approval and unlock code.
