iphone won't ring and I get missed calls

I have the iPhone 8 and for the past month, many calls are showing up as missed without the phone ringing.

Do not Disturb is not on.

My ringtone is set to loud and it's not ringing or vibrating, just showing up as a missed notification.

Call forwarding is not on. I get many work calls to my phone with unknown numbers, so it is not.

WiFi calling is on and most the time, it is happening when I am in my office directly next to my ATT router.

is the mute switch on the side turned off?

Yes, the mute switch is turned off and so is "silence unknown callers." In addition, it's not callers from my blocked callers list.

I had the same problem. Some calls would ring, others did not....

Checked for solutions but did not fix problem.

Here is the fix after making sure that silent button is not flipped...

Settings-> Do Not Disturb-> Scroll down to “Phone” -> Allow Calls From-> make sure “Everyone” is checked. (Not Favorites or No One)

Good Luck

Hope this helps.
