iPhone WiFi calling

Is anyone else experiencing issues with WiFi calling on their iPhones? I’ve read elsewhere that people are having the issues where callers on the other line are complaining they can’t hear... I’m having the same issue. I’ve talked with technical support and they are telling me it’s a known issue? Thanks
