My iPhone screen is showing the all black screen with Apple logo. It’s frozen and unresponsive

Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to investigate this. Connect the iPhone to iTunes or iCloud on your computer or laptop. If you don't hear the chime that tells you it's connected, let us know. Likewise, if your iPhone is still on the logo screen several hours later, let us know as well. The connection should permit the iPhone to push past it, though.
