Iphone Unlock
I purchased an Iphone that's from AT&T, I have the box and everything for this phone.
I am trying to unlock it to use it with my carrier outside of USA (it is compatible with my carrier) but when i try to make the request through the portal it says a request has already been made but neither me or the person who sold it to me have made the request.
Since the page says it is still procesing the request i can't submit a new one and have no tracking information for said old request, i've tried to contact AT&T by phone with number on this page but it has been unsuccesfull and since there are no stores where i live it is not a possibility.
What can I do?

The international customer service number is +1.314.925.6925
Contacting them, or hoping that the request times out on its own, is about all you can do.
