Iphone unlock status

I requested an unlock for an iPhone on 12-29-2021. I waited for the e-mail to confirm the process but it didn't arrived. After some days, I found the e-mail but it was expired. 
Now I keep trying to send a new request but it keeps giving me an error message saying: "Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI. Check your request status for more info." Have been waiting for 4-5 days now and can't go to make a new request. I'm stuck! What can I do to fix it?

Since you missed the original verification e-mail, you have to let the original request expire before you can try again.  It takes over 30 days for a request to expire.

30 days has gone and I still have the same error msg when requesting a new submission. What to do now?

You have indeed.  Let's see if ATTHelp will see this and offer to help.  If they haven't responded in a day, then try escalating by opening an complaint to the BBB.
