Iphone under contract and need unlock

I bought a damage iphone on eBay and luckly for me, the motherboard still work which help me to replace my damage iphone 6 plus. But it was locked and still under contract. Please how can you help me. The seller is original owner but can't get hold of him for the past 3 days. And I needed to use the phone because I live outside United state at the moment. @Olabank  Not going to happen.   Most likely the seller was not the previous owner.  He has no interest in paying hundreds for a phone he sold for $23.   

“Clean” means not blacklisted.  It does not indicate a phone can be unlocked as it will work well on ATT.  

You assume total risk when you buy for parts on eBay.  eBay won’t even intercede on this sale.  

You have a dandy music player, but cant use it  as a phone.

As far as I know, the seller name correspond with the name on the phone..apart from that, I know nothing...but people pay to unlock through third party, but I don't know much about it. Maybe someone can advice me on the next option.

You can buy premium unlock service on ebay for around $30. It can be unlocked if it isn’t black listed.

I’m pretty sure that the OP isn’t still looking for help that they asked for 3 years ago, so I’m guessing this post is just an advert for some service.

Also, the mention of an unlock code being sent is the first clue that the mentioned site may be a bit dodgy since iPhones don’t use unlock codes.
