We have tried resetting the phone, checking the airplane mode setting, and the do not disturb setting. However iPhone is still not recieving calle.

Let's look into the reason you're unable to receive calls on your phone. We just need a little more information about your experience.
If you haven't already, try resetting your device by powering it off then on again in order that it may reestablish connection to the network. Also, use our Device Support center to check that your phone has the latest software installed. After selecting your make and model click System > Software Version.
