iPhone Disabled

My iPhone is disabled if I bring it into a at&t store can they help me fix it

disabled? at&t doesnt do any repairs if it does need repairs you take it to an apple store. im still not understanding what you mean by disabled

On the front of my iphone it says iPhone is disabled and needs to be connected to iTunes

@Kellrsanders23 that means you have put the incorrect unlock screen code too many times. if you connect to itunes im pretty sure you will still need the original unlock code

Define ”disabled”. If it’s carrier locked, they can’t help unlock it., you have to use the online locking portal. If its blacklisted, they can’t unblacklist it. If you forgot your passcode to unlock the screen, or forgot your Apple ID, they can’t do anything more that you can following Apple’s online instructions.

You’ll have to restore the phone.
