disabled? at&t doesnt do any repairs if it does need repairs you take it to an apple store. im still not understanding what you mean by disabled
@Kellrsanders23 that means you have put the incorrect unlock screen code too many times. if you connect to itunes im pretty sure you will still need the original unlock code

@Kellrsanders23 Google the phrase "iPhone is disabled and needs to be connected to iTunes". There are suggestions available.

Define ”disabled”. If it’s carrier locked, they can’t help unlock it., you have to use the online locking portal. If its blacklisted, they can’t unblacklist it. If you forgot your passcode to unlock the screen, or forgot your Apple ID, they can’t do anything more that you can following Apple’s online instructions.
You’ll have to restore the phone.
Hopefully you’ve made a backup because this will erase the phone.
