IPhone disabled power button not work.
A friend of mine gave me a iPhone he didn' use anymore due to upgrade, the wrong password entered many times, now it says iPhone disabled connect to itunes, but when I try it doesnt work, and I don' know what Apple I'd he used.

You can’t fix this. Your friend has to use a known computer and he has to remove the iCloud lock.
This has NOTHING to do with the carrier. ANY carrier. It’s between the user and Apple.
