iPhone 7 Order Confirmation and Status

was able to pre-order with no problem.. then after a few minutes got an email that order was not processed. but its says that its still pending ... did anyone get this confirmation email?

Hello Community,

 

Although the iPhone 7 launch event is behind us, we still receive a lot of views on this thread and subsequent calls into our centers.  For anyone that has questions about their order for any of our products, you can find all the info you need at our Order Status website.

 

All you will need to do is login and you'll have all of your information at your fingertips.  Or, if you have general questions about the process and guideliness, you can view our Order Tracking FAQ site as well.

Nervously I placed an order twice because ATT's app let me do so... I just wanna make sure one or both doesn't get canceled --- please help

My iPhone 7plus was in my cart, I entered all of my billing information and then got an error message saying AT&T's website was down. I received no order confirmation number and no order confirmation email. I attempted again, but the AT&T site wouldn't even load, so I just decided to submit my order through Apple's website. Now, I'm extremely confused because my bank account shows a pending payment to AT&T. I tried to call and check the status of my AT&T order. When I call, it says my order has been received and is being processed. However, when I try to check the status online, it says there is nothing to be found. My order through Apple went through with no issues. Now I'm terrified that AT&T's "glitch" is going to cause me to end up paying for 2 iPhones. And of course since I have zero confirmation info from AT&T, I can't check anything. This is a nightmare. Please help. @ATTDimitriy

Same thing happened to me. Bank account has been charged 4 times for over 100.00 per transaction. No order was completed nor did I receive an order confirmation email. Talked to chat for 45min only to be told to talk to someone else that isnt even available. So, Im missing 400.00 and have no order confirmation nor any solution as to how to get my money back. Very frustrated with this entire experience. Didnt help that I kept getting errors while trying to order the Iphone 7 Plus's, "error happend during the data process". Feeling pretty helpless and let down at the moment at&t.

Thanks for sharing.  You described my experience tonight very well.  Web site was acting funny and now I have not even ordered a phone and have credit card issues now.
