iPhone 7 data does not work

Hello, I live in Baltimore but am currently in Kansas City. I have been here for a few days and my data has worked fine. However, around 7 am this morning my data all of a sudden stopped working. I googled the issue and have gone through multiple troubleshooting tutorials and have used the ATT Troubleshoot and Resolve tool. I paid my bill as well in case I had missed a payment and that is the issue. The troubleshooting tool had me update my device and reset my network connection but none of the solutions given by the tool worked. My phone is able to access the internet only when connected to a WiFi network. I cannot go to an ATT store until I return to Baltimore. Any help would be appreciated very much. Thank you!

Addition Info: my phone screen has been malfunctioning for a long time but it got worse recently so I finished completing a claim for a replacement phone through Asurion. This issue started right before I finalized my claim. My new phone is coming but I would like to be able to use my current one until my new one arrives.
