Thanks Gary,
It's been a few years since I really checked what I was getting with my unlimited data and how everything has changed.
The last time I upgraded, I think the subsidies were still in place.
I will just be switching over the ATT Next when I get the iPhone 7 ordered tomorrow.
I was wondering why ATT chat was so helpful in letting me try and keep my unlimited plan. I guess I understand why now 🙂

What time on Friday will the iPhone 7s be available for preOrder on the ATT website?

If you preorder will the phone arrive at your house on the 16th or ship on the 16th (I've heard both from local AT&T stores)? Also are they shipping from AT&T's allotment locally or shipping directly from Apple? In the past I've had to wait up to two weeks for the phone to deliver when others that were walking into the store were able to get one a lot quicker without having to preorder.

Only if the phone is paid off or out of contract can you trade it in. You would probably get more by selling the phone than trading it in.

Hello @alexm559
Do you mean how long they will take to ship? It's hard to tell for sure, deliveries will start on September 16 and can be any day after that depending on the model, color, storage capacity and the order time.
Thanks,
Dmitriy

Hi @Rkw5189 Thank you for posting!
You can log into your account at att.com/wireless or using the myAT&T app on your phone to check your upgrade eligibility, sounds like you should be eligible now, but it's always good to double check.
Thanks,
Dmitriy

Hello @Usama821
AT&T iPhones will be locked even if you pay in full, it's best to order an unlocked version directly from Apple.
Thanks,
Dmitriy
