iPhone 6s+ Cannot Cancel
I placed an order for the 64gb iPhone 6s+ on the 12th. I broke my phone last night so I called to cancel since I am not projected to get my phone until October 16th at the earliest. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with them only to tell me I cannot cancel until it is ready to ship. Looks like I am without a phone now for at least a month now.
Worst expierence ever. I regret immensely staying with AT&T.Wish they would have just told us this from the beginning.
