Iphone 6S Audio issue
HI Team,
I am facing issue with Apple Iphone 6S bought yesterday from AT&T store, the audio is not working properly, I cant hear the voice when I am calling/ receiving a call from somebody, the voice is coming very low even if I raise the volume to maximum. I already tried the trouble shootings suggested. Even while taking to the Customer care person yesterday I had to talk to him with speaker on.
Please let me know what need to be done to resolve the issue.

Hi, @viksurana,
We'd love to help. If you haven't yet, let's try a soft reset to restore the audio on your iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button until the Apple logo appears and your iPhone resets. If the sound is still coming through too low after, take a look and try Apple's steps to troubleshoot your sound. Let us know if this helps.
