iPhone 6 Approved Unlock Request Invalid Sim

Hi,

Seeking for your assistance regarding the iPhone 6 factory unlock.

You already approved the factory unlock of this iPhone 6 last June 19,2020 via email of [Email removed] but I am still having an issue saying that the sim inserted is invalid. We already restore or reset all settings, connected it to iTunes yet it does not work.

I bought this iPhone 6 in the Philippines and the seller mentioned it was originally bought from states in AT&T that is why I am asking for your help.

Hoping for your favorable response with this humble request.

Thank you.

Regards,
Audrey.

AT&T only approves the unlock request, they do not actually complete the unlock process. The unlock process is completed with apple servers. You have to connect your phone to Apple servers, via Wi-Fi, or computer with iTunes.

If you have connected to iTunes and are still getting a Sim not supported message that it is most likely that AT&T approved your unlock request, but Apple did not get the request, or did not process the request for your IMEI. The Simple Solution is to apply for an unlock again and hope Apple gets the message and processes unlock this time.

@audscnls

The only reason you have to contact Apple is to find out if AT&T actually requested and apple processed and unlock for your IMEI. Apple cannot approve the unlock for you only AT&T can do that.

    Resubmit unlock request.

I have similar situation: We approved your unlock request  TWICE 18 days ago. Phone is still won't accept my new SIM( SIM card tested&worked).

Apple says ATT did nothing to unlock the phone.

I have no idea what should I do next to unlock the phone.

If you need chat with Apple  https://getsupport.apple.com/
