iPhone 5S unable to unlock because phone is not paid off
I have an iPhone 5S from eBay that I bought a while ago and I wanted to unlock it so I went to att unlock and it said that my device had not been paid off. How can I fix this?

You can’t. Only the original buyer can pay it off.

You can’t fix it. Only the person who owes the balance can pay it off. No one else can pay it off because AT&T won’t give out information to anyone but the account holder. Get your money back.
