iPhone 15 cell service not connecting in Mexico

Traveling in Mexico ATM. We have unlimited cell service. My iPhone 15 Pro is not connecting in Mexico at all while my husband’s iPhone 14 Pro is working just fine. Toggled with every cell settings options possible but nothing is working. Anyone have same issues?

Did you turn on data roaming? If you are outside the USA, you are roaming on some other network. Data roaming should be off on a brand new phone by default.  You have to manually turn it on in settings.

To utilize your data while in Mexico you must ensure that the "Roaming" feature is turned on. Based on the International Plan you are currently on, the data feature should be included with your device.

Did you enable airplane mode?  Turn it on, off (power cycle) the phone to see if it can connect to a local network.

We recommend you to run few basic troubleshooting steps outlined below:

a) Make sure your device isn't in airplane mode. 

b) Use the international coverage map to confirm data service availability.

c) Troubleshoot your Internet connection.

Still not helpful. My husband on iPhone 14 Pro had cell connections the whole time. It was just my phone. So wild what happened but we are back in the US now so I guess there is no way for me to check it any further. I had no cell cervice the whole time.
