iphone 14 pro max says activated, but not showing up on my att account plus more trouble

Just switched over from another carrier and both phones got upgraded. 

iphone 13 pro max and Iphone 14 pro max.

husbands iphone 13 pro max ( he switched from 11 pro max) is up and running and says activated, and shows up on my att acount.

my iphone 14 pro max (upgraded from iphone 7 plus) says activated, but not showing up on my att account...It also says I'm connected to my wifi, but not showing icon on my phone.  Also, when I try to do the esim thing, it doesn't work either...

I was however, able to get all my info from my 7 downloaded from the icloud to the new phone)
Any kind folks able to help this "new phone challenged" person out?  Thanks!
