iPhone 14 no sim slot
Omg! My new iPhone 14 doesn’t have a sim port so how can I swap phones around? I have a iPhone 12 that I use at a factory and I want to be able to switch between them?? Anybody have any ideas? I have Att prepaid if that makes any difference.

Correct. And this was announced when the iPhone 14 came out in September that it was esim only. You can transfer from physical Sim to esim with directions provided by Apple and or AT&T

Unfortunately, moving an esim back and forth between the 12 and 14 may not be easy since you have prepaid.
