@203maxuel If the phone is blacklisted that's been done for a reason and only the original owner can correct it. There's nothing AT&T can do and if it is in fact blacklisted, then it won't work on any carrier. Contact the original owner. It could be there there is an unpaid balance on it, it was reported as stolen, or it was replaced via an insurance claim.

You got scammed.
AT&T cannot and will not help you. If there isn't any help through the marketplace, or if you paid with paypal, use those as a way to get your money back. But you won't get any help from AT&T. Most likely the phone had been stolen, which means it is correctly blacklisted.
