iPhone 13 Pro Max order delayed

I placed on order with ATT on Sep-28 for iPhone 13 Pro Max Sierra Blue, 128 GB as of now the order status still shows “IN Progress”
Did anyone received their device or the order status was moved to next step for those who placed an order around this timeframe and with this configuration ????

Looks like after all the issues like chip shortages, Apple manufactures only certain number for each colour & configuration now one more excuse added to the list..

When ATT is aware of all these why they are accepting the orders from the customers without mentioning all these delays?

Because they just want their sales. I tried chatting with someone and all they said was “it’s in progress. Should be shipped out within those days” but it’s be nice to know more. I’ve seen others say their statues went to “preparing to ship”

Finally I got an email from ATT saying that my device was shipped.. but still order portal says that it was “In Progress “
