iPhone 13 Black Screen of Death.

My fiancés IPhone 13 has had a bad plague of the black screen of death. I have tried everything I can possibly do for at home remedies. He hasn’t really dropped his phone and it never had water damage to it. Not sure what caused this. What is the next best solution to take? Possibly the cheapest too. He is still paying off this phone and it is in perfect condition.
