iPhone 12s on the way, 2 of us now want Pro. Uh oh
So we have 4 12’s arriving Friday. I see that the Pro ship date is now November. If I get in line early at ATT store on Friday , would I able to get 2 pros and then bring the 12s back to the store? Or would I need to completely cancel the 12 order first? Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks!

I doubt you’ll be able to change your order for the 12s this close to getting them. Once you get the 12s you can go to a store and exchange them (assuming that the store actually has any Pros in stock for sale), or return them. However, you may have to pay a restocking fee. Also, if you return the 12s and can’t exchange right there, you’ll have to do a new order for the Pros from scratch.
