iPad pro 12.9 (3rd gen) still saying “in progress”

so i ordered my be ipd on the 26th and yet it still says it’s in progress. the original delivery date was december 28th-31. then it changed to the 3rd of january now it’s saying it’s not gonna be shipped alllll the way until jjanuary 30th!! plus i’m about to pay extra on my bill for something i won’t even have until the end of the month. can someone help me with this? everyone keeps telling me they don’t know or that it’s gonna ship soon

It’s always the case. Apple has to ship your iPad Pro to AT&T because AT&T don’t have them in stock. Apparently you are on Next Program, if you can afford it, cancel order, with AT&T, and order ipad pro directly from Apple Store Online. They have them in stock, Apple have payment options. But if no can afford, you have to wait.

i talked to a rep and they said for sure it would be here on the 30th no problem because they have it in stock but now i call today and they said its not in stock. so im like why tell me to order it when it was not in stock in the first place?? Ive very disappointed
