iPad not charging

Brand new iPad delivered 10 days ago. Now not charging, not recognizing charging cable when plugged in. Connections have been checked, everything is secure. Have restarted device multiple times with no luck. I do not have access to another USB-c cable or a wireless charging device. Again, this device and the accompanying cables are brand new, fresh out of the box 10 days ago.

Well, there aren’t really any other options than having Apple look at it. They handle all warranty issues, not AT&T. Personally, I’d try to get another charging cable first, but if that doesn’t fix it, it’s off to Apple.
