Intermittent No Service and 1 bar at best other times

For the past week I keep getting no service or just 1 bar.  I send a text message and it fails to send so I have to keep trying. When I can make a call, the signal is weak so cannot heat all the conversation.  I messaged ATT and they tell me no outage in my area.  I’ve lived here for 5 years and this is first time having this issue.  I rely on my phone for work.  I cannot change providers as I’m under contract.  Help! Ideas?

Allow us to lend a helping hand. Try walking through some troubleshooting steps in our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool. Just select your device and the issue that you're experiencing.
