Installment Plan
Why can’t I pay more toward my installment plans as I am able? Two options pay to upgrade or pay off. I can’t do either but I’d like to pay extra when I’m able. Please advise!

You can't pay ahead. It's either monthly included on your bill or pay it all off.

Extra payments on an installment plan have never been possible to my knowledge. What you should do is every time you have money for an extra payment, just set the extra money aside until you have enough to pay off the phone.

you can add money when you start a next agreement but you cant pay ahead on just a phone you never have been able to since they released the next plans. If you payed ahead on your cell bill the money just carries over to the next month.
