iMessage not working on Apple iPhone 13

Got a new iPhone 13 one week ago and everything was working well.  Yesterday, my iMessage stopped working.  All texts going out were green.  I can't respond to group chats - I get the 'Not Delivered' red notice.

You'll need to contact Apple. There apparently is an issue with iMessage and the newest iPhone and iOS 15.6. AT&T has nothing to do with iMessage  as that is an Apple thing. Just make sure that your phone and iCloud account is configured correctly. You may want to try Reset Network Settings but make sure you have your login info on hand in case you need to re-enter any of that.
