Im trying to unlock devices already paid but they are stuck in database
Im trying to unlock devices that are already paid and does not have any contract but these are rejected because the IMEIs numbers are stuck in the AT&T Database, how can I fix it for each IMEI number ?

The unlock request was rejected because te IMEI number is stuck in AT&T database, Im not sure if calling to AT&T they can help me with that
