I'm failing to get my network unlocked

 

Hie, I've been trying to get my device network unlocked for the past two weeks and I've been confirming my request but after two days I keep getting this email.

"Looks like you didn't confirm your request.

The link we sent you was only good for 24 hours. Submit a new request when you're ready to try again."
What could be the problem?

@Mesquita97  did they provide you with help thought I was the only one having that issue.

still have not made contact with me, I am two weeks trying to unlock and I can not, I send the confirmation email, but they reply that they canceled for not having confirmed the email.
