Help you with what, exactly? Identify the owner of the number? If so, no, no one here can do that. Customer support won’t provide that information either.

So basically a person can be in your phone mentally screw with you for months and there’s nothing you can do about it? I honestly need help, I’m shoved against a wall with all of this and my capabilities of searching are VERY limited because of this person.

If they are harassing you, contact law enforcement. Law enforcement can identify the owner.

Why don’t you block the number?

There are specific steps you can take to stop harassing calls, Hi Andrea610. Let's look into that for you.

As recommended by dwill05, you can block the number sending those unwanted calls and text messages. Here's how:

  1. Go to Device Support and select your phone.
  2. Go to the search box at the beginning of the page and search by typing block.
  3. Select the article from the search results. If you don’t see steps to take for your phone, contact the company that made your device for more help, or try these other options.

To help reach a resolution with your experience there are additional actions that you can take including Other apps and services at Block unwanted wireless calls and messages.

Hopefully, this can help stop those unwanted calls and messages in their tracks. Ultimately, as already suggested, you can file a complaint with your local authorities.

We hope this information helps. Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums.
