I shipped my phone back to AT&T and they say they have not received it

I shipped my phone back to AT&T and they say they have not received it. Shipped in the box they sent and used the shipping label. This was in December. I am still getting charged for a new phone and should not be. I have an open case from about 1-2 months ago, but I still have heard nothing. My wife's case has been resolved (or so it appears).
