I need support on the issue of removing the "Operator lock" from the iPhone.

Hello.
I was given an iPhone, it is under "Operator Lock" for other operators cannot access, in my region is not served by the operator "US AT&T". I contacted Apple support in my region, I was advised to contact the operator US AT&T to find out how to unlock.

As @dwill05 mentioned you will need to visit our Device Unlock Portal to submit an unlock request.

Please make sure your device meets our Device Unlock Eligibility.

We also recommend, reviewing our article for more ‎AT&T Device Unlock Help. Be sure to review the part that says eBay & Non-AT&T Purchases, since the phone was bought else where.

You will also need to make sure your device is on our list of Compatible devices.
