I have not been able to receive a voicemail in the past two years.

Two years ago, I switched from a Samsung Patech to an iPhone 6. Last year, I switched from the iPhone 6 to the iPhone 7S. I had multiple people tell me they left me voicemails but whenever I try to login with my password, the recording says "Someone has already logged into this voicemail box" and hangs up.

My family and I have been with At&t for a long time, but we never really used the online account features, we've always called to pay our bill. I tried to register an account to reset my voicemail password, but apparently my account/phone number cannot be found. Any advice or help is welcomed and appreciated.

  • The phone that you have now is it an AT&T branded phone or a third-party?
  • Have your family had any issues with their voicemail? 
  • Did you try resetting your password?
