Hi I have a cracked screen I have mobile insurance but not eligible for an upgrade yet. Is there anyway that I can get a new replacement phone or no.

@Hfrison:According to link @curiouscat posted, and depending on what type iphone you have, the deductable for insurance claim would cost more than getting screen replaced by Apple Store, (up to $149 for 6S plus for screen) Also, insurance replacement from Assurion most likely you would get refurbished iphone, not brand new

If you file an insurance claim, either the screen will be repaired or the phone will be replaced. If the phone is replaced, it almost certainly won't be new.

I have a cracked screen on my iPhone and have insurance. Is this something that I can get fixed at a apple store and covered by my insurance?

No. To have it covered by insurance, you need to go through the insurance for the screen repair. You do not get it fixed, then file a claim. You file a claim and the insurance does the screen repair, if possible. Not all phone models or locations can get a screen repair through insurance.
