I don’t get any voicemails.

For a couple months I’ve realized that I haven’t been getting any voicemails on my  phone. I had a talk with one of my managers from work one day because they told me when they called my phone, it didn’t give them the option to leave a voicemail and it hung up automatically. Please let me know how I can fix this because it’s starting to get annoying.

Visit our wireless support article and select "Fix an Issue". Then choose your device and navigate to Service & apps>Voicemail and allow the troubleshooting to began. This tool will provide you with our top solutions.


Also, reset your voicemail password:

  1. Go to your account overview.
  2. Select Manage my wireless in the My Services section.
  3. Choose My Devices and then Manage device below the device whose voicemail password you want to reset.
  4. Scroll to Options & Settings and select Reset voicemail password.
  5. Follow the prompts to update your voicemail password.
