I do not have service in my home.
My cellular service has been declining for the past few months. I thought it was just time for an upgrade but I now have an iPhone 14 pro max and the issue persists. I have only one bar as we speak and it switches from that to “SOS only.” Is there a way for someone to check the tower nearest me?

Rather than upgrading to a new phone and possibly a new 36 month installment plan, you should have started asking around to see if your neighbors had better service with a different provider. You are still within the 14-day return window for the iPhone 14, you can return it.
